Your session begins with a gentle consultation and postural check-in. You'll be comfortably supported with pregnancy cushions and fully draped throughout. The massage can include back, hips, legs and feet, arms, shoulders and neck, and belly (if comfortable for you). Trimester-specific oils are used throughout.

Sakina Wellness Spa & Clinic is located in Keysborough, servicing Dandenong, Noble Park, Springvale, Cheltenham, Mentone, and surrounding South-East Melbourne suburbs. Studio hours are Wednesday 2pm–6pm and Friday 10am–6pm. Mobile bookings are available across the wider area.
