-
Yes — you absolutely can.
I am fully trained to safely treat women at every stage of pregnancy, including the first trimester. The early weeks can feel uncertain and overwhelming, especially for first-time mums. Your treatment is always gentle, supportive, and tailored to how you’re feeling on the day.
-
Yes. Many women experience nausea, especially in early pregnancy.
We’ll move at your pace, use supportive side-lying positioning, and adjust pressure and techniques to help you feel settled and at ease. Your comfort always comes first.
-
In most cases, you can begin postpartum massage 24 hours to one week after birth, provided there were no complications.
If complications occurred, medical clearance from your doctor or obstetrician is required prior to treatment.
Postpartum massage can gently support recovery, ease muscular tension from feeding and lifting, and give you space to rest — something many new mums rarely prioritise.
-
For pregnancy massage, treatments are generally recommended every 4 weeks, ideally following your prenatal appointments so your care aligns with your baby’s development and your changing body.
For postnatal massage, every 3–4 weeks can help support recovery and ongoing physical demands.
Every woman’s body and journey is different — your treatment plan is always personalised.
-
After a caesarean, the scar area can feel sensitive while healing.
You will be positioned in a supported side-lying position, or comfortably on your back when appropriate. We never use positions that feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
Your session is designed to help you feel supported, stable, and nurtured during recovery.
-
Each session begins with a gentle consultation and postural check-in so I can understand how you’re feeling physically and emotionally that day.
You’ll be positioned safely using pregnancy support cushions and fully draped at all times.
Massage typically includes the:
Back
Hips
Legs & feet
Arms
Shoulders & neck
Belly (if comfortable for you)

Trimester-appropriate
Clinically informed
Safe for mother and baby
Grounded in experience
This is not just relaxation — it’s intentional, specialised support for your changing body.
